2. Description of Service

AdBlox is a Discord advertising automation platform that allows users to manage and send advertisements to Discord channels. The Service operates using user-provided Discord tokens.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for any Discord tokens you provide and the actions taken with them
• You acknowledge that using self-bots may violate Discord's Terms of Service and accept all associated risks
• You must not use the Service for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or distribution of harmful content
• You are responsible for the content of all advertisements you create and distribute

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The Service requires an active paid subscription for full functionality
• Subscription plans are available on a monthly ($9.99/month) or yearly ($99.99/year) basis
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal

5. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the Service
• Failure to use the Service during the subscription period
• Account termination due to violation of these terms
• Discord account bans or restrictions
• Technical issues or service interruptions

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of self-bots or violation of Discord's Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AdBlox or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
